I created this series of linocut prints to translate the feeling of anxiety into something visual. Each piece reflects the intense, often overwhelming emotions I experienced during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Using stark black and white, the images capture feelings of being trapped, tangled, and heavy. The figures are often obscured or overwhelmed by lines, representing the internal struggle and mental weight. This is my visual diary of navigating that profound sense of disconnect and distress.
